1. General Refund Principles

We understand that circumstances may change after enrollment. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both participants and Tulandro while maintaining the integrity of our educational programs.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 Full Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation request submitted more than 14 days before the workshop start date
  • Workshop cancellation by Tulandro due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances
  • Technical issues on our platform that prevent access to the workshop for more than 48 consecutive hours, provided the issue cannot be resolved
  • Duplicate payment or billing errors attributable to Tulandro

2.2 Partial Refund Eligibility

A partial refund of 50% may be available under these conditions:

  • Cancellation request submitted between 7 and 14 days before the workshop start date
  • Withdrawal from a multi-session workshop before 25% of sessions have been completed

2.3 No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation request submitted less than 7 days before the workshop start date
  • After the workshop has commenced and more than 25% of sessions have been completed
  • Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notification
  • Dissatisfaction with workshop content that was accurately described in promotional materials
  • Personal circumstances that prevent participation
  • Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in removal from the workshop

3. Refund Request Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your full name, registered email address, and workshop name
  3. Provide your reason for requesting a refund
  4. Include any relevant documentation supporting your request

3.2 Processing Timeline

We aim to process all refund requests according to the following timeline:

4. Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment. Any currency conversion fees imposed by your financial institution are your responsibility.

5. Workshop Transfers and Credits

5.1 Workshop Transfers

As an alternative to a refund, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a different workshop of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the original workshop start date.

5.2 Account Credits

In some cases, we may offer account credit as an alternative to a monetary refund. Account credits:

  • Are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Can be applied to any future workshop enrollment
  • Are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Will be forfeited if not used within the validity period

6. Special Circumstances

6.1 Medical or Emergency Situations

We understand that unexpected medical emergencies or serious personal circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us at [email protected] with relevant documentation. We will review each case individually and may offer exceptions to our standard refund policy at our discretion.

6.2 Group Enrollments

7. Subscription Services

If you have subscribed to ongoing access or membership services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
  • You will retain access to services until the end of the paid period

8. Digital Materials and Resources

Workshop fees include access to digital materials, recordings, and resources. Once these materials have been accessed or downloaded, refund eligibility may be affected. We consider materials "accessed" when:

  • Workshop recordings have been viewed
  • Downloadable resources have been downloaded
  • Interactive exercises have been completed
  • Course materials have been accessed more than three times

If you experience technical difficulties accessing workshop content:
